Semiform Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Semiform ("we," "our," or "us"), an AI chatbot application designed to assist users with conversational tools, productivity, and creative support. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Semiform application, including any updates, new features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

For apps downloaded via the Apple App Store, your use of the Service is also governed by Apple'sStandard EULA.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email, through the Service, or by presenting you with the new Terms of Service when you next access the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Service.

4. Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

• Semiform Pro Plan: Auto renewing subscription that provides access to premium AI tools and features.
• Subscription Length: Monthly or annual options.
• Billing: You will be charged the amount displayed at the time of purchase. The price may vary by region or promotional offer.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free Trial: If offered, unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchase.

You may cancel through your app store account settings, Apple ID or Google Play, depending on your device. If canceled, you can use premium features until your current billing period ends. Refunds are not issued for prior payments unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify our subscription offerings and pricing with notice to subscribers.

We use Apple and Google for subscription management and payment processing. Your payment information is handled according to their terms and privacy policies.

7. User Restrictions

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

• Do not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Semiform, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by discontinuing use.

13. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you violate these Terms or the EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies from your devices.

For iOS users, the Service is subject to Apple'sStandard End User License Agreement, which governs the relationship between you and Apple regarding use of the app.
